GlobalTalent provides AI-powered tools including resume evaluation, interview preparation, and job matching. By using these tools, you acknowledge: • AI-generated content and recommendations are for informational purposes only • Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete • You retain responsibility for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content • AI tools should complement, not replace, professional judgment • We continuously improve our algorithms but cannot guarantee specific outcomes Your use of AI tools is subject to usage limits based on your subscription tier.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GlobalTalent and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform's services. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee: • The accuracy or completeness of job listings • That employers or candidates will respond to inquiries • Successful employment outcomes • Uninterrupted or error-free service TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBALTALENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
